Billing and Tiers
Kostavo has three plans: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Every plan includes every resource and configuration policy. The differences are scan frequency, workspace capacity, and enterprise features.

Extra workspaces beyond the included count cost $20/workspace/month on every plan. Enterprise additionally offers custom policies on request.
Scan Frequency
The scan interval is the pace of everything described as "the next scan cycle" in these docs: finding detection, auto-resolution, drift comparison, and digest notifications. It is set by your plan. On Starter, allow up to 12 hours for a change in your workspace to show up as a new or resolved finding.
Trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. The billing page shows the trial end date and a prompt to add payment details; you are not charged until the trial ends. If no payment method is added by then, the account is paused read-only until you add one. Your configuration and history are kept.
Managing Your Subscription
Organization → Billing shows the current subscription: plan and status, billing cycle, base plan and add-on costs, estimated monthly total, and the next billing date.
From here you can:
- Change plan: switching between Starter and Professional is self-serve, with prorated charges. Moving to or from Enterprise goes through the billing team (billing@kostavo.com).
- Adjust workspace capacity: add or remove extra workspace add-ons. The page shows your active usage against the limit; increases can incur prorated charges, and decreases typically apply on the next billing cycle. Not available during the trial.
- Open the billing portal: manage payment methods and view invoices in the secure external portal.
If an organization is paused over billing, Admins and Owners keep access to the billing page to resolve it.
